They offer free service for the first year, then after that they will go to any lengths to get their money. You want to cancel their service? Get prepared to jump through legal hoops to do so. We sent in all the necessary paperwork both to the pertinent state and InCorp. Oh, they will delete the account they said, no charges either. Uh huh. Yep. They took money out of my account without being authorized to do so. I would never recommend them to anyone. You are better off finding a friend to do it for you. A registered agent has no legal obligation for a company, they are just there to forward mail. If you can’t find anyone to help you out, then at least try a different company, maybe you will find a better one.
