Clay stuff

Working with some clay lately, which is interesting, I still prefer drawing and painting. Newf is taking a little nap on the floor. People sometimes wonder why I call her a puppy still, because she is about 120 pounds, but she is only about a year old! She still got the puppy mentality as I would think almost all dogs at that age would. It is just that she is a giant breed. Although, I personally think that she is just the right size and not giant at all…

The planning of the studio….

Yep, it is getting a bit warmer still now. Hopefully the warmer weather will keep improving. The cold weather here certainly isn’t my favorite, but on the other hand I know that some folks really like this type of climate. I can understand that too. Snow, ice and cold just isn’t my thing. The newf likes it though. When we had all the snow coming she (about 120 pounds newf, sorry don’t know the height right now) was covered down to her back. She would jump like a frog on Mt Dew full speed around the yard.

Oh the planning of the studio. Must stay on topic. So tired… I have a part of the garage I am trying to plan and also figuring out if it is necessary to insulate it. Insulating will add quite a cost to it, since we have a cinderblock garage. Insulating the garage door is a must and will be done. Small studio, I know, and it sucks.. but it is bigger than the area I had before at least and I should be able to airbrush cars now too.
