Airbrushed burgundy collar for newfie lady
by Kanweienea Kreations on Jun.22, 2010, under June
After much cleaning and organizing around the house, I finally found some time to paint again. The other day it was the pegboard as you might have read about and today it was the two collars I had ordered online. One of them for the newfie lady, the other one to put up for sale. Took some pics so here they are:

22 inch airbrushed latigo leather collars

The little lady's new collar.

Newfie lady
The one I painted (non toxic paints of course, both collars) for the newfie lady has some hot pink touch to it. The one coming up for sale on our Bonanzle shop is white paint, burgundy color latigo collar (22 inches).

A hot, sunny day
by Kanweienea Kreations on Jun.18, 2010, under June
I took newf for a walk this morning before it got too hot out. It was a pretty nice walk. The other day when we went for a walk, some guy walked by us and said “You need three leashes for that big dog, not that skinny one, that not gonna hold her!” I said “Nah, this leash (leather btw) holds her just fine.” Mind you, she was being very well-behaved and apart from the “Who are YOU” look she gave the guy walking by, she didn’t pull, she didn’t yank, nothing. She just kept walking next to me like a very good dog. I don’t think she is that big. I think she is about 125 pounds by now and the perfect size dog lol.
So what we get done today for projects. Well, we got some more postholes done (how exciting, I know). The fence project turned into an all summer project and I’m just happy if it gets done by winter at this point. It is costing so much. I gotta invest in some more bandaids too lol. Manual posthole digging might be good to get some muscles, but eek the blisters that can come with it.
What else…. welll…. I’m looking at my fairly blue and red hands, with paint that stuck (waterbased paint still, go figure). I decided to paint the peg board. Oh that red spray can we got should work fine. Uh no. Ran out of it too. Alright then, drag out the compressor and the airbrush and well… hm not enough still (ran out of red airbrush paint). Plus I was saying to myself “Ugh, I need an actual airbrush gun for this, not just the little Iwata gravity fed brush.” (I do love my Iwata airbrush and compressor though, very nice to work with). Ok now what. Well, I had some old blue airbrush paint (not the Wicked brand, but just regular Createx). Blue opaque should work I thought. Oh it did. Looked pretty nice too. Until… uh spit spit, no color come out. Grr, airbrush clogged and about 20 min to get it to work again. It had worked fine with the red paint and I had cleaned it in between of course. So I get the brush to work again and oh ran out of paint. I refill it and kaboom no paint comes out. Ugh. So again I spent 20 minutes to clean the airbrush. I finally got it to work again. Then, I went to get the regular paint brush to paint the rest of the board with. I sprayed a couple thin coats of clear on it too.

The regular masonite style pegboard painted with blue opaque paint.
You can see how it turned out in the picture. Hope you like it. Let me know what you think @kankreations on Twitter. Thanks

Adding Google attributes on Bonanzle
by Kanweienea Kreations on Jun.17, 2010, under June
They say one of the ways to get more views (and therefore possibly sales) on Bonanzle is to add Google attributes. Here is some useful info to go to on Bonanzle How to add Google Base attributes to your Bonanzle listings. An example:
The more attributes you include in your product’s descriptions the greater the chances to receive better placement in Google Products. You can place them at the end of your product descriptions in a special format, or you can use the “Search Optimize” area of the batch editor to add your Google Attributes directly.
The idea here is to include as many relevant attributes to your products as possible. All attributes to be added, whether added directly in the item description, or via the batch editor, are surrounded by double brackets and are of the form [[attr-name:attr-value]]. For example:
[[brand:Acme]]
You can add as many attributes as you’d like, as long as they’re separated by a space. For instance,
[[brand:Acme]] [[color:red]] [[year:2000]]
This would help searchers find your Google products if they were searching by brand, color, or year.
Here are more specifics on the different attributes with some examples below:
Highly Recommended Attributes (when applicable)
* brand – The brand name of the product.
example: Acme* isbn – This is a unique 10- or 13-digit number assigned to every printed book.
example: 0451524233* mpn – Manufacturer’s Part Number is a unique code determined by the manufacturer for that product.
example: HSC0424PP* product_type – The type of product being offered. Bonanzle will assign a value automatically for this attribute based on the global category you chose. If you would like to override it you have to use this attribute.
example: plasma tv* upc – Universal Product Code is a 12 digit number often below the bar code of the item.
example: 834721479305
